█ Eternal flame

If you continue surrounding the Capitol counterclockwise we will arrive at the war veterans monument of World
War I,
World War II and the
Korean War.
An
"eternal flame", made of bronze and lay on the plates of the monument, represents eternal life.
At the top of the monument you can see
Lady Liberty, dressed in classic attire, is stepping forward with her right leg while she is holding a tobacco leaf in the air with both arms.
